Respect for your
information.
This notice explains how OMIRA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED processes information shared through its contact and careers forms.
1. Information you submit
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email, phone (if given), organisation, business area, project information and message. Career applications may also include work experience, current city, role preferences and a resume. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.
2. How information is used
Information is used to respond to business enquiries, evaluate career applications, manage communication and maintain legitimate internal records. Authorized company administrators can review submissions and assign follow-up statuses and notes.
3. Form delivery
Website forms submit securely to our PHP application and are stored in a MySQL database controlled by OMIRA. Email notifications may be sent to the official company inbox, and enquiry senders may receive an acknowledgement. Uploaded resumes are accessible through authenticated administration access, not by public direct links.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not intentionally use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. The admin area uses essential session cookies for authorized logins. If third-party tools or embeds are introduced, this notice will be updated as appropriate.
5. Data security and retention
The application uses access controls, input validation and server-side storage protections. Submissions and resumes remain stored until OMIRA deletes them under its applicable retention practices. Please contact OMIRA to ask about personal information, correction or deletion. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Contact
For privacy-related enquiries, please contact admin@omiraservices.com. Confirm the current privacy and retention terms with the company before sharing sensitive information.
This website privacy notice describes the implemented form and admin system. OMIRA should review it against its operational practices and applicable legal requirements before public launch.
